In order to best service our mutual,
the following agreement is made supplementary to detailed
arrangement described overleaf. Please review the
following information carefully.

Function date must be
confirmed 10 day before.

Customer shall confirm the
final number of guests for the event to the banquet
manager no later then 3 working days prior of the event.

Minimum guaranteed number
of guests should be reduced or exceeded on 24 hours
prior notice.

Marcopolo will be excused
from furnishing the services and food specified when the
failure is on account of government regulations, labor
troubles or uncontrollable circumstances.

It is also agreed that
customer will be responsible for all damages and
equipment broken or lost by it or any of his guests,
invitees or other person attending the function.

The number of guest served
at any given function will be established by an employee
of the hotel and this figure be accepted as final.

If cancellation is done
less then 10 days prior to the function 100% of the
advance will be charges to the customer.

Event shall be cancelled if
in the opinion of the hotel the event might prejudice
the reputation of the hotel.

Host will conduct its
functionon in an orderly manner, and in full compliance
with the rules of the hotel management and all
applicable lows, ordinance and regulations will be
observed. e.g. No Hard Liquors, No Drugs and weapons.

Host agrees to begin the
function promptly on the scheduled time and agrees to
have its guests, invitees and other person evacuate the
designated function space at the closing hour indicated.

Any out standing payments
will positively be deposited at the end of the function
without exception.

There should be no change
in the set up, if not notified to the banquet manager at
least 48 hors before the event time.

The customer shall pay to
the hotel of the minimum deposit of Rs. 20,000/- at the
time of confirming the event as advance.

Te customer shall ins that
any material brought into the hotel are as possible made
of non flammable material.

The vehicle holders must
received Car Parking pass from Security Staff at the
time of entry to be hotel premises.
-
The customer shall provide
the hotel with a list a name of all visiting contractors
and 3rd parties if so requested by the hotel.

The hotel reserves all the
rights if the customer fails to adhere to any of the
above conditions.
